WESTMETAL(c)
Our steelworks plant in TAIWAN (CISCO) operates an integrated production system that ranges since 1978 from steel making to hot rolling and cold rolling, producing 150 thousand tons of stainless steel products every year.
Stainless steel products can be classified into austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel according to their alloy components and tissue structure. Their typical applications include car exhaust pipes, kitchen appliances, electronics and construction materials. Emerging applications include eco-friendly sectors, such as EV battery cases and LNG.
The initial capital owned by (CISCO) was USD100,000. The capital currently is USD 100 million after increasing in these years. CISCO has been listing in Taiwan Security Exchange Market publicly since Feb, 1996.
Cold rolled steel is made using hot rolled steel through pickling, cold rolling and heat treatment. It is relatively thin with a thickness of 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm. Cold rolled steel is highly aesthetic and easily machinable, thus widely used for premium applications in modern society. We are increasingly focused on offering value-added products as demand for highly functional, cold rolled products is rising.
The production experiences in the stainless steel industry have been accumulated in our company for almost half century. All production lines have been improved with the most updated automatic technology in result of maintaining the high standard quality control.
We are experts working on this over 46 years.
